Hi, I am in BC, Canada and want to switch live mail from my windows 7 to windows 10. I have the new PC and the downloaded live mail 2012 but I cannot send or receive mail. I cannot retrieve original contacts. I have a telus acount but a uniserve email address so neither can help me set up the account. Can you help? thanks
