My wife got a new computer and tried to sign up for a microsoft account. apparently she made some mistake on the signing up form and after 3 attempts the error 450 message popped up. she waited for 24 hours and tried again, but now on first attempt the error message popped up again. its been 5 days now and the error message still pops up. the error code is 0x800482d4. please assist.
