About 10 days ago, Sky Drive apparently crashed. While that was happening my daughters Microsoft 8 phones battery started to die (ultimately died in 2 days). All of her photos were on Sky Drive. Now they are gone. We were initially told that as the
problem got solved that things would show back up on her account. Since the phone is dead, Sky Drive was the only hope to get her pictures and other things back. It has been frustrating because Verizon can't help... and Microsoft can't help. There is no
technical support. We keep being referred to the the Sky Drive site which says that all the problems have been resolved. The problem is..... they haven't ALL been resolved. There are still issues caused by the crash. There is no way for Microsoft/Sky Drive
to know this because there is no one to talk to or write to. There were precious pictures... pictures that can not be replaced. Can anyone help?!
