I have approx. 50gb worth of files which I want to be available on Sky Drive, so I included the relevant folders for sync with Sky Drive on my Windows 8 laptop. Due to the volume of data I had only uploaded about 20Gb worth when the time came to upgrade
to Windows 8.1. Since moving to 8.1 I've noticed (sorry if it was there before) the availability column in Windows Explorer, which either says "Available offline" or "Online only". Most of the files seem to be showing "Online only", and if I try to access
those files to tries to download them, or if I'm offline it says they are unavailable. I don't understand how this has happened, since all of the files originated on this laptop and I don't have any other devices associated with my Sky Drive account. Does this mean they have somehow been deleted from my laptop?
