I upgraded to windows 8.1 this weekend.   My computer has been syncing the files for two day.   When I go to the live sky drive tile it says download (5109) and has been stuck there since yesterday.  I downloaded and ran the sky drive self help tool (SkyDriveBlueSelfHelp.exe).   This restarted sky drive, but it did not fix the problem.    When I right click on sky drive in file explorer, the view problems is greyed out.   This has been  very inconvenient, any help would be appreciated.
