My Skydrive account has been blocked and was causing some issues with the rest of the functionalities such as Outlook. I got help with that from Microsoft Support and Outlook and everything is working well, with the exception of the Skydrive which is still
blocked!
I have reported it yesterday, and the 24hrs period have come and gone and the account is still blocked. Tried reporting it again and it did not go through!
Tried your live chat, and unlike yesterday, the gentleman who replied today was not helpful at all.
I have personal photos as well as some photos of work related issues that had to be documented with my phone due to the limited resources available at the time.
Who can help me and when??
