I was told to post my issue here for the Microsoft Support Moderators to address. I first brought up my problem to the Online Safety Team, but they referred me here to post my question. My issue is that I tried to log into my Skydrive account the other
day but saw a warning that it was shut down due to a Microsoft Terms of Use violation.
To go back to the beginning, I recently changed phones. My original Nokia Lumia had a cracked screen, so I switched devices with my mother's Nokia Lumia phone. A Verizon Store employee swapped our SIM cards, and now my mobile number is hooked up to her
physical phone, and vice versa. I had to reset her phone (that is now mine) to clear off her data in order to be able to download apps. I tried to log into Skydrive the other day to access my mobile pictures and that's when I saw my account was shut down.
Also, I don't know if this is related, but a second issue came up today when my camera stopped being able to save pictures that I took into my Camera Roll album. It wasn't until I restarted my phone that the pictures finally came up in Camera Roll,
but when I tried to take photos again, they wouldn't save unless I restarted my phone a second time. Also, even when I look back at the photos in my Camera Roll, there's a solid bar that blocks out the bottom portion of the image. Is this issue possibly related
to my SkyDrive account problem?
Please let me know how these issues can be resolved and thanks so much for your time & help.
