I had some issues after updating to Windows 8.1 with my Skydrive account. It created duplicates of all of my files, and then corrupted the old files. I deleted the bad files and moved the good ones to a backup drive. As a result, they were no longer in my Skydrive folders. Somehow, Skydrive is still attempting to download these files (I can see by previewing them in the app). It is not progressing (as it shouldn't since the files no longer exist). What can I do to fix this?
