I successfully log into skydrive and click on my group: "ReadersPlus", and then i get the error message: "sorry, something went wrong. please try again or refresh the page"
I get the same problem using...
'version' of skydrive: Skydrive on the web
Browsers: Internet Explorer 10, Firefox 23.0.1
Operating System: Windows 7 enterprise
3 different computers (all windows) and 3 different accounts
I have cleared my cache/cookies and tried to access the group again, still no luck
Skydrive status: "Running normally"; "Account, Outlook, People, Calendar, Skydrive, Connected Services, Messenger, Family Safety" .... all running normally
...also just tried accessing it on my mobile device (samsung galaxy S3, using the internet browser that comes with the software that is installed right out of the box)... but i could not even find the 'groups' header anywhere
We have been using this group for at least 3 years now with no major hiccups like this. It appears that nobody has had access to it regardless of which account we use or which computer we use. One of our group members tried accessing the group and got this
error message a few days ago, and today she logged on and the group (i.e. "ReadersPlus") did not show up underneath the "Groups" category... it looked like she was no longer part of the group, though no admin kicked her out. On my account I still see the group,
but I get the error message.
this is essential for the operation of our organization, and we're in a bit of a time crunch so immediate help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
