Recently I tried to put a photo on SkyDrive from my Surface, and upload it online from my Windows 7. I put SkyDrive on my computer the day before, and it was working fine. All the files I uploaded appeared on my Surface. But today, when trying to upload
a photo online, I found that the entire SkyDrive folder on my computer was empty; even though my Surface and the website told me I had files on SkyDrive. I am so confused, because I have no idea what's causing this.
I thought that maybe it's because I'm not logged in on Microsoft.com, so I did, but still nothing happened. I'm sure if it's because the folder didn't update or not, but after a few minutes it's still not.
I tried checking for sync problems, but it wouldn't even let me click on the button to do so. I know it's not something on my computer blocking SkyDrive, it was working just yesterday (then again I have some broken security programs on my computer that I need
to get rid of that may be causing that).
Please help me, I put some important files in the SkyDrive that are now only available online and I can't get to on my computer (but, thankfully, I don't have anything due, I just want access to those files).
Note: I do sometimes have terrible internet, but this problem occurred when my internet was working fine.
