So far I tried:

• Uninstalling/reinstalling.
• Adding/removing folders from the selection.
• Adding/removing physical folders.
• Disabling/enabling AV.
• Restarting, etc.
• Re-syncing everthing.
• Creating another user profile.
• Several internet connections, even in different continents.

Facts:

• OS Windows 8 x64, AV Windows Defender.
• No, I don't know which files are not synced because SkyDrive has a very limited interface and won't inform any basic information. But I do know that all new files I added were never synced.
• No, I won't navigate through 70GB and 100,000 of folders and files looking for those files which for-any-reason SkyDrive doesn't want to sync. If I have to do that, then I won't be using SkyDrive. Right?
• There is not official support for this, though I'm paying.
• Been having issues with SkyDrive for more than a year. Getting very tired of it...
• I'm no novice by a long shot. Please don't start with "have you turned on your computer?"...

Can these issues be resolved at all?
Is there any place to escalate this?
