to my horror I found that ALL my files have been wiped clean on my Skydrive. I called your support line last Friday and I was passed on from one depart to the next 4 times and NO ONE was able to tell me why this has happened! 

Reading through the discussions it is apparent I am not the only one who has this problem! I personally cannot really trust my data to you guys anymore! 

Can someone help me retrieve all my files please
