I have read some of the posts and discussions regarding this topic, but still nothing has been done to fix the issue. Why?
Surely it is simple enough for yourselves to just add an option to turn off Skype within Outlook. It is absolutely infuriating to have dual tones coming through for every Skype call. I need access to my Outlook account 24 hours per day, and I also need access to my Skype 24 hours per day. I DO NOT want to have Skype running through my email! I, and everybody else, seems to want the two programs running independently.
This was not a good decision on your part, and I would like to know what your intentions are regarding this issue so I can make a decision whether to stay with your service, or find a new service?
