I've tried to reach SNDS support through email several times over the last month without response, so I'll try in here.
I'm requesting access to 3 IP ranges on the site, and the RIPE lookup is succesful - I'm now asked to select an appropriate mailing address for recieving the confirmation email, and I've selected my "postmaster at xxx.xx" address, which I know is valid.
However, I'm not recieving the confirmation email, so I can't get on with the process.
How can I solve this? Who should I talk to? I've already tried the msn-snds at microsoft.com email without luck. Are they checking this mail at all?
