I've searched facebook and this woman has the same name as me, but clearly is not me.

I'm concerned that this has happened, what permission is required from the email account holder to link to a facebook account and use a photograph?! How has this happened.

I've followed the instructions on similar posts and have waited to check if it would be removed, but it has not. I have been advised to post this issue again for further assistance.
