I can't log into my account and I'm getting the above message. I have done everything suggested in the help forum to correct the situation:. I have had this account for over 20 years and it is critical for my work.  I have tried to have my GMAIL account retrieve my mail from my hotmail account but this also fails. I've reset the computer to a previous date, didn't work, ran a full virus scan: nothing....I am at a complete loss as to what is going on. Yet I can access my hotmail account through my Galaxy phone...what gives...I'm in a panic ! ...AND THERE'S NO WAY TO REACH A TECHNICIAN AT MICROSOFT FOR HELP !
