I am not receiving any of the email sent to me from Steam support for the past few weeks. I've done some research on various forums and apparently others have had the same issue. Microsoft seems to be blocking steam guard emails before they get to the
email account so even though I've whitelisted *** Email address is removed for privacy *** the mail is still not being allowed through. This is important because I'm trying to regain access to my steam account and without the codes included in the support mail I am effectively locked out
of the account. I've read this might have something to do with a 'Mx Records' setting of the mail server but I could be wrong. Any help or ideas would be highly appreciated.
