I've been trying to get an answer that actually works for quite some time now. One thing I know is that there is NO "turn off two step verification" button on the security info page through my Microsoft account. If I read one more time to "click on turn off two step verification"  I will scream!! This option does not exist!!! I want to turn off the two step verification so I can go back to being able to receive emails from Hotmail to my android phone.
