My surface rt froze about a week ago ,nothing worked so they sent me a new one.My photos are all gone ,all the camera roll and others, the problem is I cannot get any of them back, most were from my Facebook albums how do I get my Facebook pics on skydiver ,it seemed easy last lime I did it ,now nothing work.
