One of the none answers given to the Hotmail crash was that "your view has somehow been switched to the mobile version?"  It states to click on PC Site at the bottom of the page.  I have went to every page. There is no PC Site.  I do not know if there is even a mobile version.  Is there any actual assistance for this?
