sync both ways does not work with Galaxy S4 and ActiveSync Microsoft

I sync my Samsung Galaxy S4 via ActiveSync as we have a business server: contacts - calendar - tasks

It works one way - from Outlook to the phone - but not the other way. When I add a meeting or a contact to the phone, I do not get them on my computer. Can you help?
