I have successfully synced all my contacts across both devices. The server status at the bottom of the screen shows email and contacts connected however calendar error.

hanks for the advice-I have lots of appointments on my laptop and want to transfer them on a regular basis to my phone, I seem to be able to view my phone calendar on my laptop (where there now seem to be multiple calendars !) but cannot sync my laptop
to merge with my phone calendar.
