I have tried for the past few days and today for 4 hours to change billing information on one account. I have been directed to an old account I never paid for in the first place and can't seem to get out of that circle. You finally sent me 14 codes and
non of them worked! Two sent to my cell phone, finally one worked and was told did not apply to that account, although that is the only one that will come up. I am tired of dealing with it. Six hours to pay one bill is out of line. This is worse than
the government. It is bsadnausiem! The account I need to change the billing info on is
