For the last week I only receive emails twice a day and then they come in in batches of 10 or 20. It is as if they are being saved up.

When I check emails on my phone, they are all there, but not on my PC.  They have been coming in all together and I don't expect to receive this  batch until about 6pm today.  These batches come in about twice a day.  This has been happening for the last week or so.  Can you tell  me why this is happening?  I have also lost some mail.
