I can get into Outlook normally, but all my mail options have disappeared except Compose New.

Cannot  open any of messages, because all my access functions in Outlook have disappeared except for "New." I can compose and send a new message, but all my function icons for Delete, Move, Actions, etc. have all vanished from my toolbar in Outlook. How can I get them back, ASAP? I have even closed out of Outlook and re-signed back in, but I get the same thing.
