my account is unblocked by microsoft but i cant open it

Dear sir, 
but i cant access because , password has been changed by hackers, and i have tried through "reset my password" option, i cant remember the personal information i have given when i open it in 2002/2003. i can remember my last password and last sent emails and last emails subjects. and i am using the same computer and same place to log in since last three years. 
plz help ...................all my business emails and contacts are there. my business is in trouble.

‘Message attachments’ is huge, why?

I'm not sure if this is caused by SP2 or not, but I'm concerned over disk usage by Outlook 2011.

My message attachments folder has swelled to 100gb!

I run exchange with a mailbox of 10gb.

I do keep archive PST's on my macbook but the total size of those is 100gb. Those are archived in a master PC (windows) and I copy them to my macbook for ease of access.

Can anyone explain why this is? I regularly archive my mail every 45 days, but this folder seems to have attachments from well before that.

Version is 14.2.2.

I can not find an access to blocked senders in order to add or subtract. Doesn’t appear to exist

i have windows xp and i have windows live id for hotmail and messenger.
but recently its happening that i cant open messenger,

when i go to check status of my services it say that all is working but i cant access to messenger.

Please help me,

Unable to access an email account

For the last 3-4 months I cant access one of my email accounts (I have two but one works fine) withough having to sign into BT Yahoo.
Also, when I have been signed into Yahoo for a while, I cant access the email account again though MS mail - its almost like it times out?  All I keep getting is an error box asking for my password which it wont accept (I have never changed it!).  It just keeps going round in circles.

I even uninstalled mail but when I reinstalled it - it was the same. 

Im not technically minded and am starting to lose the will to live.  HELP!!!

I do not wish to have Wndows Live - I want my "old Hotmail" account back because it has so much information in it, why can't I access it any longer?  I really do not need to post this to the community.  I NEED HEP from the people who control the WINDOWS LIVE and the HOTMAIL accounts!!!!!  Why can't I get through to anyone?????
