Thanks
I use Outlook email for my domain and I'm supposed to be the administrator, but my domain isn't there when I go to domains.live.com. I must have created a separate account to administer the domain, but I can't remember it. I tried admin@, but it said that
account doesn't exist. How do I find out which account is administering my domain?
The wrong birthdate information was entered when setting up the windows account so we are not able to access items because it appears the primary account administrator is a child and it is asking for a parents permission
(to do so of course cost additional fees every time the "parent" must give permission). I contacted Microsoft several times and was told to fax information along with a drivers license and the next time was told to complete an online form to which I was told
that was the wrong department and to go to the Microsoft website. Neither step has corrected our problem. We are a small business so I do not wish to change our email which appears to be the only solution at this point. Please help us rectify this situation
as soon as possible.
