Hello, like others that have posted here, I am running into account creation limits while creating new Live IDs for my organization. We need to create more IDs than we are allowed. We are behind a firewall so all of our requests are coming from a single IP address. I can provide this IP address in a more private forum. The error message we are receiving is:
Sign Up Error 450
You've reached the daily limit for creating Microsoft accounts. Please wait a day and try to sign up again or contact support for assistance.
I have tried a few links in various threads that claim to lead to a 'whitelisting' form that allows us to apply to lift the restrictions, but it seems all of them are bad links. If there is such a form, please direct me to it. If not, please advise how we can bypass the account creation restriction.
Thanks very much for your prompt attention to this.
We have users siging up for e-learning and to do so they have to create a Live ID from within our internal network. But because we only have two external IP addresses and so we are geting a Sign up error 450 saying that we have reaced our daily limit for creating Microsfot accounts. We have a number of users but only 5 are allowed to register a day. Is there a whitelist where in I can add our external IPs so we are not limited to this quota?
Thanks!

This happened while I was creating a new different outlook account.
Everyone knows the new email account creation process in outlook, first name, last name...., then the place for your id. Normally its someone@outlook/hotmail/live.com, but this time I could enter any name I want, like *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, then I filled out other parts of the form and submitted. I thought it would give some kind of error, but my account is created and redirects to Microsoft account setting page before loading the mail page. The page says:
Call us overprotective, but we need to verify that *** Email address is removed for privacy *** is yours
Before you can continue, you need to check your inbox for a message from the Microsoft account team. Follow the instructions in the mail to finish setting up your account.
Resend email.
So, now I try to open the mail, another Hotmail/outlook.com or mail.live.com and I enter *** Email address is removed for privacy *** (previously created) and its password, well it logs in but with same error.
So my question is how do I verify my email (above as said created) when I cannot open my email page. Every time I try to login, I get the same page and there is no going beyond. I can rename my alias and open the mail, but cant login using *** Email address is removed for privacy *** address anymore it says the address doesn't exist (when before renaming I could well login with it), I have to use the renamed address to login. Now when I again try to rename, well I can, to same *** Email address is removed for privacy *** , but with same overprotective page.

Select an option for resetting your password.
All, We are rolling out 300 Windows Phone 8 handsets to our staff over the next 3 weeks and need to remove the account creation limits from our corporate IP address: **.***.**.***@msn.com
This will need to be removed for a period of 2 months to allow our users to create their Microsoft accounts.
I read the post created by fr0dzy on December 19, 2012 - http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windowslive/forum/admin-signin/windows-livepassportnet-account-creation-limits/024f7dff-bcfa-4faf-8a62-63773ac8de82 and was hoping to preempt any potential issues/
Kind regards,
Will Truscott
