When I open WLM, I am more and more often getting a box that asks me, "To help protect your account info, please sign in again." This is not EVERY time, but more frequently lately. Why is this haappening? It is a nuisance to have to sign in again so

I am trying to recover my mother-in-law's email account. It asked her to put in the verify code and she doesn't have the number on the account. We called some support number but they said they only have the FAQ for account stuff. I can't get on to change
the account info to her new number to get the code. I also have submitted the account recovery stuff 3 times now with no response. She has things she need to get to on her email. It's been almost 5 days now. It's getting annoying.
I activated the two step verification in Google and afterwards had some Problems with the synchronization of my Google account with Outlook.com.
So I removed the Google account and tried to re add it. then I got the error "It looks like you already added this account. Please check your account info and try again."

Ok so ive been having this problem for a MONTH now, and i NEVER had this issue since owning the Original Xbox, and now i cant access my account because of the password, i never had to sign in so many damn times and my xbox would never had to ask me for
my account info or my password but now i cant access xbox live because of this, ive been trying for 3 weeks now to get get my account recovered and to my Surprise, Microsoft is **** up and NOT helping me with this, I spent so much money on getting year subscriptions
and and i havent been able to use it last 2-3 weeks, i get on for a day and then the same bullshit happens again, id like to talk to someone in customer service than rather sit on my **** and wait for a reply Via email, because either this gets resolved or
you'll lose another customer. hate to be rude but this is complete bullshit. wasting my money on something i cant even use.
I'm trying to add my Outlook.com email account to my iPhone through the mail settings add account. It keeps telling me my password is incorrect but I'm using the correct password. Outlook.com is available as an email account option, but entering the same
account info I use to login via browsers isn't working. I am running iOS 7.0.2. Thanks to all for any help!

Forum Moderator closed the thread after giving me a link that doesn't work. and i cant reply to her telling her i cant access the link
well my account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) is blocked a message appears: Someone entered the wrong password too many times.
If you signed up for this account through an organization, you might not be able to use it yet.
and I don't have access to the alternate email.
so I did ask for a manual validation process under the case : SRX1215514573ID
validation process info ( ip - last passwords etc)
at the end of the validation process an escalation agent telling me that all the info I provided is wrong and doesn't match the account info since it was created , and i was surprised because before my account was block i asked for
a password reset on 6/3/2013 and Windows Live Global Escalations Team did send me the password reset after they checked my info which was the same exact info I provide for the escalation agent which he told me the info was wrong !
and i really ask that no one close the thread until someone really can help with my case please.

My another hotmail account was hacked and I couldn't get access to my emails and skydrive. I filled dn sent the recovery questionair. After a while the microsoft team noticed me that my account info couln't be verified by email. I saved many personal info
in the skydrive and emails. Someone know how to contact customer service or some ways to get my account back?
