ago I tried to log in and couldn't - wrong password & security info - can't remember it to save my life. I haven't received any email to the new account link to notify of any issues. I keep getting a message from outlook to say that I haven't provided enough
security information, and should create a new account. I don't want a new account. I want to access the existing account. My account could've been hacked into, and I have no way of knowing that. Can I do anything at this point?
I had my hotmail account hacked so I went on and reset my password. I thought to be on the safe side I should change the password of my live.co.uk account too. So I logged in, went to the change password section. It let me do it fine, then when I went
to log in it said it was incorrect. i tried the old password, that too was incorrect. I then went to the can't access your account link and got the follwoing

This is absolutely ridiculous as I didn't forget the password in the 10 seconds it took me. If it wasn't going to let me change my password it shouldn't have gone through. I can't afford to wait 24 hours so I expect a better solution seeing as the error
is not on my end.
