I go to billing.microsoft.com (as told) but there is no such option to cancel the "billing service".
I'd like to close this account rather than let it expire. I appreciate any help in accomplishing this task.
I'm trying to deactivate/close my Outlook.com account. I've canceled my ad-free subscription, but when I go to close the account option, I'm told to close my Microsoft Billing service.
I used to have a number of Hotmail accounts (not aliases) that all showed in my main Hotmail account. I have tried using the outlook add account option but it does not wok. I am using Windows 8. and cannot get the other accounts to work except by going to them individually.
How do I get them all to show by just logging into my main account.
I heard alot of people say you can create customized emails (ex: *** Email address is removed for privacy *** ) with microsoft hotmail/outlook for free.I tried,but it doesn't seem to work for me.

You know how signing up,they have create a new account option or the account name option.The create new account option has only a few choices,@outlook,@live,@hotmail,etc. But the account name option can type anything you want.I made an account,but they
don't let me access it.I always ask me to verify the account first to proof the account is mine (which is stupid as I have the password and I just made the account).It might sound easy,but they make the task harder than it sounds.They lock the account's inbox
(as it needs verification),then tell me to verify the locked account by opening an email they sent me.If the inbox is locked,how can I open the email to verify the account?!

As the title says, I want to change my Microsoft account from the current @gmail.com address to an existing @outlook.com, both my accounts. These are both Microsoft accounts.
I tried in the account option to rename or add an alias but I get the same error, "You can't use @outlook.com in your Microsoft account email address.". I searched on various website and on this one but I did not find any logic or specific answer.
I do not want my Gmail address anymore, I want to move to Outlook and use my @outlook.com address as my primary email.
If anyone can provide some info on this...

I recently bought the Mac Pro with Mountain Lion. I installed Office 2011 for Mac. When I try and setup an email account in outlook I am unable to do so. It appears that the accounts option under tools are missing. Any help on how to solve this will be
