Account Hacked. How to logout from all logged in sessions.

I noticed email's being bounced from undeliverable addresses in the address book, but no email messages in the sent folder.

Figure that the password was compromised somehow and someone is sending spam from another location.

Changed the password and setup two-factor authentication. Unfortunately it seems like the emails are still being sent which I'm guessing is from another computer in a different location. Even the email headers seem to have IP's in different countries.

How can I ensure that all of the sessions that were logged in before have been invalidated requiring them to use the new password and token?

I don't see any options on seeing the list of logged in sessions, IPs, or ability to invalidate them all.

Outlook 365 Address book and contacts have disapeared.

Due to problems with my gmail account, i deleted the e-mail address and reinstalled it again.

It corrected the initial problem.

It now appears I have lost my entire outlook 365 contact list and address book.

Please tell me there is a way to get them back :O)

Just got outlook email set up. What is the easiest way to inform my old address book that I have a new email address?

Hi,
I have an email address @homecall.co.uk with live. Worked for lots of years 'till the computer crashed. Windows OS was reinstalled. From then on my @homecall.co.uk address required verifying via an email sent to homecall.co.uk. It was ages before I realised the mail was going to the very old address at Pipex which I did not have the username/password for.
I tried lots of things many times before realising where the verification email was going but eventually created an alias live mail in the live homecall.co.uk account thinking the verification would go there and I could open it. I also assumed the address book would contain all my addresses. No such luck. So I made the new alias the primary address with no luck there either.
Now I found the secondary address which is the homecall.co.uk would not become the primary address until it was verified and when I try to sign in with it I am informed it doesn't exist. Stalemate.
Eureka! My partner discovers the very old Pipex username/password and we can access the homecall.co.uk account where the verification emails have been going so I send another one, click on the link and it takes me to a sign in page. I try signing in with the homecall address but it tells me no such account exists. I can sign in with my live primary alias and my homecall secondary alias is there still with the verify request. I try copying the link into the address bar with the same result. Have tried quite a few times and have even waited 24 and 48 hours with a hope something would happen. No luck there.

My wife is the primary account holder for our home 365. I have loaded office on my computer with several emails. The first email address I entered is the primary calendar and primary address book. I want to use a different email address for both calendar and contacts. calendar.live.com only shows my wife's calendars. The email address I want to use as my default is my default but it didn't change the primary calendar.

Sorry about this.

I'm writing this on behalf of my brother, he suffers with Asperger's Syndrome. He had an old email address that he'd cleared and left to delete, this has been hacked and friends and family in his address book are receiving spam emails. Part of his condition makes him less trusting than the majority of us so most of his security information was made up, some of which he can remember, but not enough to be able to recover the account using the account recovery form. This is causing him some considerable distress, he's unable to sleep and just wants the account deleted.

I really could do with some help with this one as I hate seeing him like this. Temporarily I've told him that Microsoft are looking into it and have frozen the account just so he can get some peace but as soon as someone else receives a spam email he'll know it's not dealt with.

I called Microsoft Customer Service UK, they were reluctant to help but said they would pass my information to the Microsoft Escalation team, it's been two days and no call as yet.

Please help.

Account being spoofed – using my address book from previous hack

I recently began receiving bounced email alerts for email I didn't send. I immediately changed my password, but that has not stopped the bounced email notifications.

I believe that someone is using my old address book from a previous hack and spoofing my account. It's very easy to do that of course.

How can I stop this person from spoofing my email?

Email taken over – Microsoft won’t help

I started receiving bounceback emails saying various other email accounts (from sites ive never heard of) were contacting my address book but with my email address. I am assuming my email has been spoofed only because there is nothing in my outbox or deleted, but I'm not entirely sure. Ive attempted changing my security information, contacting literally every department of microsoft support but all they do is redirect me somewhere else and thats if Im lucky enough to even get a reply. I'm at the point of just deleted my account so this is my last attempt for any solution anyone may have. an example of one of the emails I receieved was :

My hotmail has been spoofed – how do I stop it?

My hotmail email address has been "spoofed". Meaning - someone is sending emails with my email address as the sender but they are not actually being sent from my account. Contacts who are no longer in my address book receive are receiving them in addition to current contacts. How do I stop this? My IT guy said there is a way but how??!! I know in the past when my email has been hacked that it shows the messages in my deleted or sent folder and that is not the case now. Please help!!

I have shut down my hotmail account twice and it continues to spam my entire address book. I have reactivated and deleted all of my contacts but it does not seem to be working. How can I get the address permanently shut down? This continues to to an annoyance to my friends and family and an embarrassment to me.
