I keep trying to forward messages to my Res-Soc (Residents Society) but it just takes one name from the list ...now there is no address book I can find; just a list of contacts ...no clear explanation. I tried highlighting them all but it doesn't work.  WHY do they have change everything...absolutely maddeningly time wasting.  It puts the name Res-Soc on the email but when I check, I can see it has only gone to one person.
HELP!!! I am trying to send an urgent message!
Thanks, Julia

My Outlook 2013 crashes when sending an email with the addressee picked up from my contact book.  The issue started after downloading a

number of MSN updates.  I am running Total Defense anti-virus software.

  1. My address book is not visible - spacing is not correct
  2. I can't add to existing groups - this option is not on the menu
  3. I can't delete from existing groups- the members do not have an x in the corner to remove them.
In the past 3 days I don't seem to find my contact list or address book in my hotmail account. When I start a new email and start printing a name it automatically appears in the TO:  column, and the same with CC to and BCC to!!  This does not happen any more. My PC is working well, there is no other problems with it. Can you please help to restore my contact list, thank you.
Outlook 2011 for Mac; e-mail Address book, is there one? It doesn't show in the ribbon and I can't find it in the menu.
There is an address button in the ribbon of Outlook 2003-2007. Has the e-mail address book been discarded in 2011, since there is a Contacts program that always seemed redundant?

And there is a host of folders that I can't figure out why so many. I set up an IMAP e-mail account (used POP before) and it has installed most of the folders.
Why are there two Deleted items folders, another Deleted Items folder under a "backup PST" folder, a folder called Junk, another called Trash, and another folder called Junk E-mail?
I look for everything at the top of the page and am having trouble remembering the short cut to my address book below the folder pane.  I can not find out how to move it up to the ribbon.  I am an old Outlook Express and MS Office junky and find change hard to accept.  How do I do this?

original title: Why do I have company names in my address book, I didn't put them there and I cannot delete them

I have so many addresses of companies in my address book, how do I delete them? I don't seem to have a delete option. I didn't put them there

Hello everyone,

I had an interesting question today from our COO. He wanted to know if he could make his "email history" only show personal address book and global contacts or show contacts in the address book and global contact lists first.

I could not find a resolution to this, so I was inclined to say "no", but I thought I would ask the question to the forum.

Thank you in advance for your help.

In the past, I noticed that what seemed to be a random event, resulted in all of the data in Address Book and iCal being deleted.  This became apparent when I synced my iPhone and iPad.

The last time this happened, I realized it was right after I had done a "critical" update for Office 2011 (that was, perhaps, 2 weeks ago).  Then, today I did another Office 2011 "critical" update.  But, before I did it, I made sure I'd backed up my Address Book and iCal data.  When the update was done I checked both programs.  Data that had been there prior to the update was gone.  It is 100% clear to me that this is a BUG in the Office 2011 update process.  Has anyone else run into this?

Yes, I can recover - but, I shouldn't have to go through the process of removing the "sync" options in preferences, shutting down and restarting Outlook then re-checking the sync options.  Nor should I have to go through a back up prior to an update only to restore Address Book and iCal after the update.
