So far I have done a "rebuild" on the identity, created a new identity and tried every which way to add the certificates. They just will not add... If anyone could help me out with this issue I would very much appreciate it!
I have really run out of ideas here. All that I am trying to do is add certificates to contacts that I have in my address book. When I go to the "Details" tab in an email and try to "Add Encryption Certificate to Contacts" it never shows up on the contact.
When I download the certificate manually then go to the contact hit the "+" button and try to add it, it seems like it is adding it but never shows up.
When typing in my contact email addresses while composing a new message, I keep getting previous addresses that are not saved in my address book or are no longer valid.
I would like to find a way to rid my account of all unnecessary autofill addresses while composing new messages. I have searched all settings for Cache and Cookie Options, the issue persists. I have also chatted with Microsoft support as well as submitting the issue to support through email, and I still have yet to get an answer.
This is my last resort and am hoping the community can help or Microsoft Support! Help I need a GURU!

My account was hijacked and emails sent to my address book asking for money. Changed my password however, I cannot receive or send emails. Also, when I click on Hotmail button it is in arabic, I believe. Help!!!
I have received emails that are going to the junk mail when they are in my contact list. I am using Live Mail with Windows 7.

I will receive some emails from people in my address book and they end up in the junk mail. I am using Windows 7. I have to go through
junk mail to see if there. Why is this happening.

I cannot sync my outlook contacts with my address book (Outlook 2011 and Mountain Lion 10.8). Is it because I once sync my address book with icloud ? When will this be fixed ? The address ook is needed for ipad and mobile phone syncing... thank you JM
Please help. I must to be able to share/forward contact information from my address book via email with our consultants and coworkers. In Outlook Express I was able to open my address book, select a contact, copy, then paste into an email. How do I do something similar in Windows Live Mail without having to copy and paste each individual piece of information: Name, Address, Phone Number, etc.?
1- is the People program the way to add to my address book?
2- how do I set up a folder with mutliple names for a bulk mailing?
Want an additional member under my primary account to be able to share my primary address book. How?
My Windows Live address book disappeared. I was able to recover individual addresses, but cannot find any storage for my address categories, which have selected groups of individual addresses. I reverted to an earier system at a time when I know all my
addresses were listed. No luck. Any heplp available on how to recover address groups (categories)?
