When I look at my "Sent" messages folder, I can see the messages subject line, but on the two-line view, the email addressee doesn't display.  If I switch to the one-line view, I can see the addressee.  I can sort on it, but it doesn't display.  It is only happening in the Sent folder.  Other folders are fine.

I type in the wrong Email Address in the address book, I type the correct Email Address but the stored Email Address over rides the correct Email Address.

Cannot delete the stored Email Addresses, this is very thrustrating because I cannot send a EMAIL TO THE INDIVIDUAL THAT I NEED TO GET IN CONTACT WITH !!         Please Help     Thank you  D.B.

I have several addressee groups. When I compile a group in a Category, i. e., Computer Club, and input the addresses of our 35 members, I see the category and see the member names in the box below the listing of all my contacts just fine.

After I send a message to that addressee group by placing the Category name on the Bcc: line (I use my address in the To: line), the message  goes out to those individuals. However, the next day when I open WLM and prepare to send an email to that same group, I place the name of that category in the Bcc: box and click on the plus sign only to find that the email addresses have disappeared.

I found that out the hard way when I received complaints that none of the club members were receiving the meeting notifications. When I go to that category to edit the names, I find that it is empty.

How do I fix this problem?
If I forwarded a message from you even if I cut out the address, why is the original message with all addresses forwarded.  How do I stop this from happening.  If I blind copy, I have no desire to show where the message may have originated.  I do not want to forward and email from you with your name and title on it.

My both Hotmail accounts are malfunctioning in the People's (Contact) List.  When you open the Outlook People file it just hangs and doesn't open.  When typing addressee it will not insert the automatic addressee email address?  Why is this so?

I have a group with about 20 contacts.  I'd like to delete 10 contacts and add 5.  Is there an easy way to do this?

I believe the hard way is to write down on paper a list of the 10 to be deleted and 5 to be added, then go down the list of contacts unchecking or checking individually, as appropriate, their existence in the group.

Also, is there any way to view/list which contacts are in a group -- short of entering and expanding the group name as an addressee in a new email?

Original Title: "Outlook is terrible"

I downloaded Outlook because of the MS hype about it. I experienced the following problems:
1.  I cannot see the "Options" in the blue bar on top without pointing my cursor at the bar and dragging across to have those options appear.

2. I can no longer open an email addressee's info to change or add an email address.  I downloaded Outlook as it was hyped as such a good product.  At this point I think it stinks (technical word).

3.  I called an 800 number that was supposed to be a support line for the home user.  I connected with someone in India who told me that to fix "My" problem I would have to pay him $69.95 (Oh! it is a one time charge..give me a break!)

Can anybody out there help me fix "MY" problem.  Somebody should have a looong chat with M. Gates.  This really stinks!

Windows live Email  program does not recognize that I have entered a group of addresses and will not send Email  and states that I can not send with out an addressee. This only occurs if I have left Windows Live and run another app. I save the new email in drafts. Restart the computer go to Drafts and insert the same addressee and it will send them out normally. Only restarting the computer will allow me to send the Email using the same address as I originally inserted.

I did noted that the saved message in Drafts "To:" line blank when I open it.

I use 3 different computers and on one of them - the one I use most - when I click to reply to an email the address of the pesron I am replying to does not appear. It must be something to do with the settings on that computer but I cannot find out what!
When I try to type in a new address when I get to the @ it refuses to go any further. I have to use the body of the email to type , copy and paste in new addresses. Ive never had this kind of trouble with Hotmail before. When I type the @ my contacts pop up in a box and I cant continue. Its like its forcing me to use a contact address instead of typing in a new one. Please help.
