I have a domain 'houstonpulmonarysleep.com' on my Live Admin center and I have created a few email ids, but I am not getting password reset option. I would request to help me in this regards. I would like to know, if this can be done by myself or it has
to be done by support team only ?
As with a number of other Microsoft Community members, I have encountered an error when adding a new e-mail account through the Windows Live Admin Center. I have successfully added 3 accounts on our domain through the Admin Center, but in trying to add another
account, the Add Member Accounts screen returns the following error message: 'That account name is not allowed for use with this service'. It would appear that the name entered is the Account Name field is not allowed for some reason.
From other Forum posts on this topic in the Microsoft Community, it would appear that this situation can only be resolved by making a change at the back-end by a Senior Support Analyst, after providing the account information through a Private Message with
a Moderator. I can provide the required account details if you can kindly send a Private Message link.
As the e-mail account in question is for work purposes, and needs to be established as soon as possible, I would be grateful if this request could be escalated. I have already tried Microsoft Support on the phone without resolution.
I have been having this issues for a couple of weeks with the "Need to prove ownership" warning in the admin center. DNS is configured correctly as I am receiving email. I have tried a new DNS server with no change. I even tried canceling and then setting
it up again. This produced a 2nd problem as a member account that I created before canceling does not show up in the admin center but does receive email.
I set up my custom domain on Outlook.com. The Admin center says "Need more accounts? You can have more accounts for free. Contact support to
make this request."
I would like to increase the number of accounts that I have, please.
I am unable to receive email on the domain I have setup. I was about to update mx records but I im unable access windows live admin center. when i click sign in, it stays on the same page, and does not redirect to the admin center.
my alternative email address is : *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
When I try to create a admin center account for my domain named "http://premiumautofinance.net/" I am getting the below error.
