Below is a response that I posted to a previous problem, however I can not access the link suggested for the eform from Vivien M. Upon completing a form suggested earlier, I was told that was not the correct department and was told to post here. Now
I'm told to fill out another form and the link does not work.
Does anyone know how to change the age of the administrator so as to not have to ask for a parent's permission and therefore incur additional fees? The administrator is 66 yrs. of age.

Welcome to the Microsoft Community Forum.
With regard to your issue that a wrong birthdate information has been set to the account and when you cannot access items on Windows due to it is asking for parental permission. I suggest you go to this

fill up the e-form and choose the appropriate link for your issue so that we can address it properly.
