Windows Movie Live Movie Maker 2012 will not start up under a standard account but will under administrator

I have yet to be able to find an answer for this.  Logging in as a local administrator or domain admin on a computer Windows Live Movie Maker will run.  If I log in as a regular domain user the program will not run.  In task manager you can see the process start and then disappear after 5-10 seconds.

This is not the video driver issue.  The driver meets requirements.

If I sign on to my account giving my administrator password, the account is competely corrupt - I cannot access the internet or any of my
documents.  I have tried stem restore to a previous date when the system was working normally.  Please help.

How can I enable an outlook administrator to see and monitor incoming emails to its users?

Hi, I just created an outlook custom domain name account and I created 3 users under it. Is there a way for the administrator to see and monitor incoming emails to the users the administrated created? The way I saw it, I could only create and delete the users, but not monitor their emails. Thank you.

child age verification set incorrectly for administrator

Below is a response that I posted to a previous problem, however I can not access the link suggested for the eform from Vivien M.    Upon completing a form suggested earlier, I was told that was not the correct department and was told to post here.  Now I'm told to fill out another form and the link does not work.

Does anyone know how to change the age of the administrator so as to not have to ask for a parent's permission and therefore incur additional fees?  The administrator is 66 yrs. of age.

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community Forum.

    With regard to your issue that a wrong birthdate information has been set to the account and when you cannot access items on Windows due to it is asking for parental permission. I suggest you go to this link, fill up the e-form and choose the appropriate link for your issue so that we can address it properly.
