Dear authorized
Hello. I have been using Windows Live Hotmail (outlook.com) with a domain registered as bahram.org.uk for two years.
Now a dayes, I changed my administrator account in admin centre, and the account amount decreased from 500 to 50.
If it can be same as 500 I will be glad to much. and thanks for your interests.
yours sincerely.
When fixing a problem with my mail I created a new problem. I created a new account (or alias) - I can't remember which one and made it the administrator. Eventually I fixed my problem and have my old email address and password back (as a primary user),
but cannot alter anything on the computer as the administrator email address (or alias?) I created pops up and asks me for a password - no password I have ever used works and my current password doesn't work either - I tried just entering too and that didn't
work - I have tried deleting this administrator account (and as an alias) and reinstalling it but it doesn't fix the problem. Every time I log on the pictures of both the administrator and the primary user pop up - I can still use the primary user as my password
opens that account but no password opens the administrator account. The microsoft help desk told me not to pay for a program that unlocks the administrator password as these are not endorsed by microsoft. I guess I can just ignore it - but can I change my
windows settings via outlook webmail if I really need to? I am not good with technology so any help would be most appreciated.
New hard drive and reinstalled software onto my child's laptop and now I am not getting any messages from family safety. I reinstalled it using my administartor account on her laptop and can change her use from administrator account on the laptop, however I cannot access from my computer and messages tell me that she has not been online, although she has been on daily. Please advise.
Okay, so first of all, I use Windows 8 Pro 64-bit. I always log into my main administrator account with my microsoft.com email address (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) and have been doing so for several months. However, I am running into problems with all sorts of things
including a very intermittent and unreliable HomeGroup functionality, the (sometimes) duplication of my user account (in other words, my admin account VAIO64 will show up twice: VAIO64 VAIO64(1) - as though I created two accounts! WHICH CHAPS MY ****!) and
the enivatble AND EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING notifications and inability to open some programs, share folders, and other redundant BS (e.g., having to run EVERY program and process as an administrator, even though, I am listed as the administrator, this is my computer,
and no one else has ever even touched it, yet alone, given themselves administrator access over me! That and the fact that no other users are shown under User Accounts, except for that of my own ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT!) Therefore, here the other day, I said
screw it and decided to set up a new account as a Standard User (being, Microsoft "recommends" it). So I thought hey, what the ****. Anyhow, Well, of course in order to keep things in sync (being that I have 3 other computers, and utilize a lot of Microsoft
apps, including everything from Skydrive and Office, to Visio and DreamSpark) I knew that I needed to use another Microsoft account. And from what I read, the "best way" to keep things in sync is to create an alias, which I did (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***). And yet, while
I can receive mail at that address, open up every microsoft webpage, account and application with it as well; yet, when it comes to simply signing in using that extra/spare account in Windows, I get an error telling me my password doesn't match. But fortunately,
I also get a "kind" message letting me know, that all I have to do is simply go to www.account.live.com/password/reset and then come back and log in. Well guess what? THAT DOESN'T WORK! So, I am able to reset it and peruse all the sites like always, but somehow,
it doesn't do a single thing about the password problem I have now spent 2 days straight trying to fix!? C'mon Microsoft!! What a joke! PLEASE, SOMEONE HELP ME OUT HERE.
I have a administrator account that is set up when I migrated my domain over to be used with Outlook.com. I have 3 emails accounts set up and wanted to add a 4th but I forgot the administrator ID and password?
How I get this reset?
I was changing some computer settings. There was a page that could let one switch to a "local" account and I switched to this "local" account that has the same privilege's as a guest account. I cannot make any system or computer changes. Worst yet, I am clueless on how to switch back to my administrator account. How do I recover my main account? Attempting to do anything with permissions and accounts always gives me the message "Your administrator has blocked this program. Please contact your administrator" Grrrr.. SUGGESTIONS? Thanks.
Dear Executives
Would really appreciate your quick revert on this problem.
I have tried to activate my custom domain on Outlook.com and i was able to successfully configure the administrator account. However when i added domain users to this account there Inbox is not active. When i try to login with the credentials of these
users windows throws me on a page to change my password and it never works.
There is a image for security but it never displays only a placeholder is displayed i believe the problem is because of this
