When I install it, it says that there is an error. It says that only Adminstrators can install, uninstall, or repair Windows Essential programs on this computer. The Get Help link told to me to change my user account to an Adminstrator but my account is
already an Adminstrator. I downloaded it again many times and I am still getting the same error message.
