My wifes computer was totally damaged and wiped out yesterday by foreign hackers. I use the same internet source on my computer. I also got a warning from ADOBE on my computer to change my  adobe password, because they were recently hacked. I did that okay. Now when I try to look up my profile on My Microsoft acct, it does not recognize me by my email . ? I am mostly computer illiterate, but that does not make sense to me. Al

Adobe 9 pro while working within Office 365?

Is it possible to edit something with Adobe 9 pro while working within 365? Can I set a default program for it to open to besides a reader so I can edit my PDF documents without downloading them to my computer and re-uploading them? Thanks for any insight.

doc file incorrectly decoded as adobe (but not pdf)

Emails with "doc" attachments often have Adobe symbol. When I click "open", Adobe tries to open but displays error ("email attachment was not correctly decoded") and asks to select a program - which does not work for me. The only solution which I have found is to return to e-mail and click "save all" attachments. I select a folder, save and then click "open with" and then select "Microsoft Office Client Virtualization Handler". I then save file as "docx" for future reference.

How can I avoid this "decoding" problem?

I have also noticed that many existing "doc" files (in folders under My Documents) were corrupted about 1 year ago - with Word symbol being replaced with Adobe symbol but neither Adobe Reader or MS Office (Starter 2010) can open them. Is there an Up-Date for Starter 2010 or Live Mail which would avoid this problem?

não consigo mais abrir anexos, tais como pps, adobe, enfim todos, mas consigo abrir pelo live, e pelo hotmail mail não, me ajudem por favor?????

conseguia e não consigo mais, abrir os arquivos enviados (anexos) tais como adobe, pps, etc...pelo Hotmail, tenho conta vinculada que é o LIVE, pelo LIVE consigo abrir normalmente.

Meu Hotmail funcionava normalmente, mas como expliquei, não abre mais arquivo nenhum.

Agradeço a quem possa me ajudar.

Since the new outlook started i can´t open videos and adobe documents.

 

Can’t open or download PDF attachments in Hotmail. Have tried all suggested solutions.

I have uninstalled and installed Adobe 10. I have installed an earlier version of Adobe, as I was able to open PDF attachments earlier. I have installed and uninstalled Microsoft Silverlight.

Attachments in .pdf only receive first page of file

Attachments in .pdf

Some of my mail receivers say that only the first page of an Adobe .pdf attachment comes to them.  Any suggestions as to any settings on my end in Outlook or Adobe?
