Windows Live Messenger Version 11 Showing Error 81000306, I have done all the possibilities which are being quoted on Microsoft Forums but no success. Advice please. Server Status is running smoothly, Messenger is also running fine from Web but showing same on Windows Live messenger.

System is connected to internet as I have no issues in internet browsing

Setting up a Hotmail group

The online advice for setting up a group on Hotmail does not work for me. I cannot get beyond "contacts" because I have no heading called "manage categories".  Can anyone give me clear advice please?  

lost! – significant numbers of important emails

It appears that many people are losing significant numbers of important emails from active accounts but I have been unable to detect any sign of a helpful response from Microsoft. If anybody found a helpful Microsoft response would you please direct me to it. Note I am not looking for advice on how to recover emails that I have deleted.

Increasing the font size of my inbox

the font size of my inbox suddenly reduced to a very small value which I can't read when I accidentally hit a key, now I can't restore it, need advice on restoring it back.

How do I export a contact group (mailing list) only? It wants to export ALL contacts.

I was asked to send a copy of the contacts in a mailing list.  I can't seem to export JUST THIS GROUP of contacts.  Advice?
