When I tried to purchase Online service age verification for my minor kid, I got an error and I was told to retry. 
Re-tried couple of times. I got email confirmation that my credit card has been charged thrice !

1. How do I get a refund ? 
2. The age verification is still not successful. I can't access the my child's new account yet. It takes me back to the credit card payment page. 

Please suggest. 

I have tried to do the age verification for my childs account 5 times and it continues to say there is a problem with the website, but it charged by credit card $.50 5 times.

I am trying to set up email accounts for my kids so that they can use our old windows7 phones.  However I cannot get through the age verification.  I go through and enter my credit card info and then I am told that the process cannot be performed at this time check with support.  I see dozens of the same post yet the problem still persists.  I was hoping that this would be easier.

I'm trying to open an email account for my daughter, but since she's 11 years old, I'm having to go through an age verification process.  Fine.

 

After i enter in my credit card information to charge my $.50, the next page says:

After experiencing this error message 3 times now (and i bet charged three separate times) and seeing many others experiencing this problem without any posted solution, i thought i would post here to see if a support moderator would be able to assist.

 

Yes, I've tried this on different computers using different browsers.  Yes, ive cleared out my cache and temp files before.  Yes, all my billing information is there on my parent account.  The error is consistent.

 

Please private message or email me with the information you need.  I'd rather not post that information here for all to see.
