I am trying to sign in to Windows Essentials Messenger. When trying to reach the service agreement, I get an error code 80048834.
I have a one year subscription to MSN Premium effective March 21, 2012. The new Microsoft Services Agreement requires acceptance. How do I do to accept this agreement? There has been no prompt in the user interface.
It is all about the Microsoft Services Agreement to be effective 19th October and to start charging
I just received an email claiming to be from Microsoft saying there is a the new agreement that users should read. If I continue to use hotmail, supposedly I automatically agree to the new terms. There is a hotlink in the email that supposedly leads
to the new agreement. Is this a legitimate email from Microsoft? I am hesitant to click on anything in an email due to all the phishing schemes out there.
I have just read the changes to the Microsoft Services Agreement. I only have a Hotmail account and occasionally use Bing. Does this mean I have a services agreement? I don't recall signing anything when I originally signed up for Hotmail. Is my user
name and password for Hotmail the user name and password for Microsoft? I appreciate any input. Thank you.
I recently received an email that was in my junk mail supposedly from Microsoft stating I needed to sign a new agreement to keep my hotmail account and other services from Microsoft. It needed information such as my home address, phone number. It also stated if I did not sign the agreement I would lose all microsoft products. I don't know if this is a scam but it sounded suspicious to me. Did Microsoft send out a document to all users. I can cut and paste it here if you want me to. Thank you.
