How to receive emails from all aliases into the same folder

Hi,

I have several aliases in my Yahoo business mail. With Yahoo online, all emails to all aliases go into the same Inbox. Can I have the same with Windows Live - I would like to receive emails from all aliases into the same Inbox folder rather than creating separate folders for each alias. Thank you.

Hello, I have one primary Outlook.com email address and 3 aliases. Emails sent from the aliases all show the display name of the primary. This is not what I wanted. How can I change the display names of the aliases while keeping the email addresses intact? Thanks!

Re-install Deleted Alias

One of my aliases was deleted by mistake. I need to recover this. I have 1 email, 2 aliases. Each time I tried over the last week, I get rejected, and a note saying "We limit how frequently you can add aliases to your account. Please try again later."
I have a paid Outlook account.

How can we fix this? I can't even add a different alias.

Created 7 aliases only one works

I created 7 aliases.  All the aliases can be seen on my accounts page under Overbiew.

The last alias is the only one working. 

I cannot login using any of the other aliases.

Mail bounces if sent to the other 6 aliases.

Cannot send mail from 6 of the aliases, they're not displayed as option to use in from field.

Only the primary and last alias created works.

There are no typos or use error to best of my observation.

I've used aliases on other outlook accounts and they work fine.

I don't want to delete the 6 aliases that don't work because you cannot recreate them because of system limitations ( only 10 permitted for given account and csn be created in one year )

I have been using aliases with my Outlook.com account - ie using online Outlook.  I have just bought proper desktop Outlook, but can't find a way to use my aliases with it despite the Microsoft Support site saying this is possible.  Anyone now how it's done?

I'm a user of Outlook.com and I've reached my limit to create any Outlook.com aliases, since a few months ago. I was wondering when I can start creating new Outlook.com aliases again.

May I ask you when exactly (i.e. the exact date and year) I can start creating new Outlook.com aliases again?

I create 5 aliases, but the first one doesn’t work until now…

I have created five aliases in Outlook.com but I received only 4 confirmation messages from "Outlook.com Team" saying, "Your new Outlook.com alias is ready" (for the last 4 of these aliases only). As a result, the first alias I create appears added to my account, but until now it does not work (only 4 of 5 aliases works) and I can not send or receive messages through this first alias. 

 

What can I do to fix this?

Hi.

I have added aliases to my Outlook.com account.  However, now when I try to add additional aliases to my account, I get the message " We limit how frequently you can add aliases to your account. Please try again later."  I have searched the Web and this site and can't seem to find a consistent answers for (1) How many aliases are you allowed? and (2) If you delete an alias, when are you allowed to add a new alias. 

I can’t edit my email accounts?

Outlook.com won't let me edit email accounts. When I got to the settings, More Email Settings, Your email accounts I can see Accounts you've added and outlook aliases. However, there are aliases listed that aren't listed in my aliases when I go to edit my aliases through my Microsoft account, those aliases aren't there. Furthermore, when I try to look at the details for the accounts I've added and it shows me a pop up with a link where I can edit SMTP settings, that link just goes to an error page.

 

Is Outlook.com not supporting SMTP accounts any more?
