I am glad to know that some users who are having problems adding their accounts to send and receive in Outlook.com has been resolved. For others having the same issue, please create a new thread so a Moderator can hadle your concern directly and manage your thread easily. If you have already posted some information that are needed to resolve your concern, please add this thread on your new post for reference.

I am still unable to sign into my sbcglobal.net account. Why it stopped working after doing so for months is a mystery. I had not made any changes to any settings. I have been following the original thread and have created this in slim hope of getting the problem addressed.
The ball is in your court Outlook - why not fix this issue, like now!
