Comcast sent a note to change ports on outgoing mail. During the process with them, I accidentally deleted my account from Windows Live. I set up a new account (using all the same info), but none of the saved emails that were saved in the folders I had survived. Is there a way to retrieve them? I tried using a system restore with no luck. I suspect the answer is no, but I thought I would try. I am using Live Mail 2011 and Windows 7. Any help is greatly appreciated.
P.S. I'm not sure if this is the right forum.
I am working with Outlook 2011 (latest version and update) with Mountain Lion.
All my email are in HTML with Calibri 15.
Sometimes, not always, the recipient receives only a few rows with a different dimension.

Instead, my signature with Calibri 12, when someone answer me, the signature is changed to 13.

Why is that?

I am trying to contact hotmail to find out why I'm not always receiving emails others send to me.  Is there any form of support or are we in this alone?

In some cases after multiple attempts to send me an email it finally comes through to me, in other cases they give up. They, the senders get various error messages including but not limited to 403 forbidden. WTF??

I've tried clicking a link per the original response to a similar q in the forums & it takes me round & round in circles with no way of actually contacting anyone. Does anyone have an answer that will get me something useful like an email address for support?

still looking for an answer on how to change hotmail from chineze to english, can't read anything for options all in chineze

I have Outlook 2011 for Mac, version 14.2.3.  My problem seems to have been created by myself. Plus, there are no answer out there specific to my problem.  I accidentally tried to send a 124mb attachement.  Well it never made it out of my outbox. It was turned into to a draft email and resided in my local computer in the Drafts mailbox.  Seeing in my Drafts Box I deleted the email.  Well, now my email is trying to push it to my Deleted Box on Exchange server. It fails of course.  And my email tries to send it about every minute or so. No as that service kicks in my email hangs or gets stuck.  I notice this in the progress window.  That deleted email is no where to found.

How do I get rid of that email?

please help

can deleted emails from weeksm, months or even years ago be restored??

I require an answer urgently

I can print from anywhere in any program to any printer (I have two). But I cannot print messages from Windows Live Mail. I can print the messages if I open my mail in my ISP's web site. I have uninstalled and re-installed Windows Essentials but this makes no difference. Any answer I have seen on the forums do not deal with this question exactly. There is not even an option for this at the bottom of the page where it asks for Product, Topic, email topic etc.
I need locate contacts on WLM? One answer said start in lower left to see icon. I not see any icon in lower left. (below folders)
Actually, I have the answer, just wanted to phrase the question to make it easier for people to find.  Hope it worked, lol!  Anyway, all you have to do is check the box to the left of the email where you want to start deleting messages.  Then, hold the shift button down and check the box of the last email in the group you are trying to delete.  You should now see the group of emails you are trying to delete highlighted in blue.  Now all you have to do is hit the delete button at the top!  This works great as long as there are no emails you intended to keep in the way of the ones you want to delete in the group. Otherwise, you'll have to start and stop this procedure between each email you intend to keep.  Hope this made sense!
Good luck!!!  :)

I asked about ungrouping e-mails by conversation, which microsoft apparently automatically did to my hotmail when they forced me to upgrade to Internet Explorer 8:

Question

My saved emails are chained together if they are forwarded or replies. How do I unchain them?

Hi,

It is possible that your Conversation threading feature is enable. Please be informed that in Conversation Threading, it’s easier to find the email you’re looking for by customizing your Hotmail inbox view. Just group together messages based on conversation, date, subject, and size.

When you sort by conversation, you can find multiple messages from different people on the same subject. That way you can view them all together and not miss an important response.

If you want to disable this feature, please refer to the steps below.

1. Login to your Hotmail Inbox.
2. Click Gear Icon - More mail settings
3. Under Reading email, choose Group by conversation and pre-loaded messages
4. Under Conversation settings, Click button beside Show messages individually to disable conversation setting.
5. Click Save.

To know more about conversation threading, please refer to this
solution article.

Thanks!

I don't see a gear icon.  "Options" doesn't have more mail settings.

But the e-mail wasn't delivered.
