I asked the previous question several days ago and still no answer from Microsoft. I need my email back!!!

I keep getting e-mail from HOTMAIL TEAM Saying ACCOUNT UPDATE 2012 (Last Warning) They want me to clcik on reply to Verify my account and give them my Full Name, User Name, Password, Secret Question, Answer, Date of Birth and Country. The latest e-mail said they will terminate my account if I do not repsond in 24 hours. I've had this account for 20 years. Is this legit?

HI,

This started happening with the last upgrade to Outlook. I don't have any size limits set on attachments in my e-mail for the account. Can you help me with a couple questions please:

1) The Outbox isn't showing any messages that are stuck, but obviously something isn't sending. Where do I find this message? and how do I "remove/delete" it?

2) Where can you change the settings? so this doesn't happen again please.

I did partially solve this by using the following answer, but how do I prevent it from happening again? and I also don't know what message I just deleted....

Try this:

Open the AppleScript Editor found in /Applications/Utilities. Paste in the following three lines:

tell application "Microsoft Outlook"

delete every message of outbox

end tell

Click the Run button at the top and this should delete every message in your Outbox.

The answer they gave is incorrect because after deleting the email address as they suggest, it does indeed give you the option to create another address, but only ending in hotmail.co.uk or live.co.uk, but NOT a .com address. Before these so called microsoft technicians answer a question don't they try them themselves?

Does anyone know how to change back from outlook.com to live.com, NOT live.co.uk?

I have read this post by another, but the answer doesn't help me.
Outlook 2011 for Mac, cannot locate "leave on server" option

I am looking under
Tools > account > advanced > server
I have checked through out the program but cannot locate.
I have googled and seen images of the server tab that has it, but my server tab options are different.
can images be posted?
very frustrated.

Im having trouble signing into my origianl Hotmail account due to the fact someone has appearently hacked it or something. When i sign in it tells me Sorry someone else is using this account and redirects me to a page to recieve a code but i dont have a Bellsouth account so i clicked Dont have any of these options it redirects me to another page requesting Name of Email trying to get into then asks for Aa different email to send information to so i type those in. Now when i recieve an answer after submiting all the Info i have EVER used for that account they reply with a SORRY THIS ISNT YOUR ACCOUNT. My Secret answer thing as a mutliple answer thing to to me have multiple people i admire historicly so theres one prob but the rest of my Information i submit is as accurate as can be could use some assistance with the prob if at all possible.

i wanna answer for my case??

my Hotmail account was not able to log in for 1 hour because of some one i received invitation from him while i was chat on public chat rooms , he ask me to log out and log again when i make it , i was not able to log in back and he said i hacked your mail , i tray after 1 our more hour of this , and i was able to log in again . do some one has explanation for that ?

note: i didn't receive any links for him and i didn't turn on the camera or received a video call massage from him .

I want to forward my Hotmail emails to a new account. Will I get a warning before my account is labeled as inactive?

I understand that my account will be labeled as inactive if I don't log in for a certain number of days, but will a warning email be sent to the account before this happens? I hope so, because then this email would be forwarded to my new account and I would know to go back and log in. I couldn't find a solid answer anywhere. Any help?
