Please can anyone help me to recover all deleted messages in the last 2 days,I deleted all messages from the delete file.I'm not sure that I asked the question yesterday in the correct place and just because today I ask again.I have not read any of those received
messages.Please it is very important for me.I hope it is still not too late.

I keep getting spam emails from PPI, loans etc.I tried blocking them and passing them as phishing but they keep coming back.Does anyone know how to get rid of these for good.

I deleted some old contacts because their email addresses are no longer valid. However, when I am adding contacts to an email, those deleted contacts show up! When I went back to my contacts list to make sure they were not still in it, they were not. There must be a way to permanently delete contacts...if anyone can help me with this, I'd GREATLY appreciate it!

I have discovered that my contacts in hotmail have disappeared. I had removed them from the 'contacts' list on my Galaxy phone as I didnt' want them there in amongst my phone numbers (they must have got there automatically through the hotmail on my phone).
I went into my hotmail on my pc and now all my contacts have gone from there. I didnt' realise that it my phone contacts would sync with my email. Can anyone tell me if and how I can retreive all my hotmail contacts?
