I am using Outlook 2011 on my MAC and Outlook 2010 on my PC both connected to my Exchange Server which happens to be MS Exchange 2010 at a hosting site.
Now, I have 237 appointments (out of 10100) that show as meetings in Outlook 2011 on the MAC BUT show as normal appointments in Outlook 2010 on the PC. i do not use meetings and I never created a meeting, so these have been switched over probably while trying
to sync with an Android phone!
How can change these back to appointments in Outlook 2011?

Just recently I have not been able to save new appointments to the Calendar in Outlook 2011 for Mac.
I am able to get items onto the calendar by entering them through either iCal or from my iPhone, but NOT by entering them through Outlook.
I am running the latest version of OSX 8.5 and the most recent updates of Office 2011.
Any Suggestions?
I added holidays to my Outlook calendar, along with other appointments.
I then synced my outlook with my blackberry.
Outlook is now showing dozens of appointments for the same holidays and appointments.
What did i do wrong? Thanks for the assistance.

I'm reporting this error:
In calendar, I visualize appointments by List.
Then i choose delete an item, after a popup is issued to ask if really want to delete, by choosing Cancel or Delete... but before i make my choice, the item is already deleted !!!
This is outrageous !

Both my laptop and Outlook.com calendar are set to PST, the correct time zone, but the daily agenda emails show appointments as GMT. How can this be fixed?
I have the same problem. Last Saturday I lost all my Calendar appointments because of some changes that Hotmail or outlook made. Microsoft that is. There was no warning about changes coming so that I could have moved my appointment's to another area. This
has cost me for missing some appointments for Doctors and other meetings. Then on Monday I lost many of my contacts from my Cell phone that has been on it for many years. Some cell phone contacts were completely removed and others were made only w Face time
showing in its place. No number is left for texting. I am very upset with the changes that has caused me to lost phone numbers and contact information from my cell Iphone... Looking to remove everything that has Mircosoft attached to it..

I can't figure out how to print a daily schedule from the Outlook calender that only contains appointments and NOT the reminders from the day. I have both reminders and appointments in the calender for each day but I only want the appointments in the schedule
printout. I know how to print a daily schedule, that is not my question. Thanks for any help!

All my appointments on my Metro Calendar app (am using windows 8 PC) are showing as white with a thin horizontal bar of the assigned colour at the very end. The assigned colour is showing as the text colour in the white box. It's almost as if it's transposed. Any ideas how to change this?

We have a new computer that has Microsoft 7 as well as functions of 8. The computer is an HP 500. I need to set up an interactive calendar that I will maintain but has appointment spaces for several employees and has the option to invite office personnel
to make additions or send me emails to make changes. It has been several years since I have used Outlook so I am not real familiar with the new Outlook. Is there a tutorial that I can use to educate myself on its operation?
Win7/IE 10. I am using ".live.com". When I receive my notifications for the day, even though I have 5 appointments (for today)...my emailed schedule to my "Inbox" shows none. Does not matter which category I am expecting..."My Birthdays", "My schedule, My Calendar" etc. According to My Calendar online... there are appointments, according to my email schedule from the Calendar... I have no events! I am asked in my daily emails today, if I would like to "Stop getting Notification?" Which "it" appears to have already made the decision for me!
