When I type an email, the font size changes when it wants to. Others times when I highlight a word to change the font size the computer won’t change it. Judy

I set the font style & size to type an email. As I continue with my message, the size of font will change - usually to a smaller rather than larger size. Then I have to highlight the whole message and hope that I can get the font size to change. Very time consuming and frustrating!

Address Book vs. Contact List

Hello,

I am trying to access my address book in Hotmail, not my contact list. The contact list is certainly missing people. When I start typing the address in the TO line, I will get a list of possibilities (the Auto Complete functionality kicks in) and can select that way, which reflects more my address book entries than what my contact list has. Appreciate any help someone can provide.

Gmail "All Mail" folder missing in Outlook 2011

Hi I am trying to set up my Gmail account in Outlook 2011 for Mac. "All Mail" folder is set to SHOW in Gmail but is not displayed in Outlook. All other IMAP folders are displayed in Outlook.  Very frustrating as the I need the "All Mail" when searching for e-mail.
Appreciate any ideas or help. Thanks!
